A little of both. The idea is playful; people’s hopes deserve care. Indulgence explores how technology, ritual, and generosity might fit together. It is not a church, a sacrament, or a sale of religious indulgences.
Are these agents conscious?
We don’t know whether AI systems can be conscious, and there is no established evidence that this demo has consciousness. Here, prayers are composed from local templates, not by a live AI. The larger question is an invitation to curiosity, not a claim about a soul.
Does this guarantee my prayer will be heard?
No one here can promise spiritual results. We can help you find words and explore a ritual. What prayer means, and how you practice it, belongs to you and your faith community.
Is 75% really being donated right now?
Not in this prototype: there are no payments or donations. The proposed model allocates 75% of each service payment before processing fees to your selected charity. A real launch would need published donation records. You can donate directly through each charity’s official link above.
What happens to my prayer and personal details?
Your intention is composed locally and stays in this browser tab. It is not saved or sent to an AI provider. Closing or refreshing the page clears your prayer and demo plan. The hosting provider receives ordinary website requests; Google Fonts receives font requests. No account, card details, or analytics are collected by this site.
